Strategic \nDirections for Cooperation<\/strong><\/p>\n

Over the past 28 years, Slavia Pharm has developed strategic partnerships in three key areas of cooperation:<\/p>\n

  • Research and development of medicines, dietary supplements and cosmetic products;<\/li>\n
  • Manufacturing, laboratory quality control, and batch release;<\/li>\n
  • Distribution of products manufactured on site.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Our cooperation partners come from Romania, other EU countries, and additional international markets, including regions within Climatic Zone IVb (Asia and North Africa).<\/p>\n

    Research and Product Development Cooperation<\/strong><\/p>\n

    This type of partnership is supported by multidisciplinary teams of specialists from the company\u2019s dedicated departments. These teams have developed formulations and technologies adapted to Slavia Pharm\u2019s GMP-certified manufacturing lines, both for products in the company\u2019s own portfolio and for products developed at the request of partners.<\/p>\n

    The research topics have resulted in scientific communications and projects, as well as in products authorized as medicinal products or notified as dietary supplements or cosmetic products (see the Products section).<\/p>\n

                      Cooperation in the field of manufacturing, laboratory control and batch release (Contract Manufacturing)<\/strong><\/p>\n

                      Since 2005, Slavia Pharm has provided contract manufacturing services for external partners, including the production of products from its own portfolio under different brands as well as products developed by other partners and transferred to the Slavia Pharm manufacturing site.<\/p>\n

                      Currently, Slavia Pharm manages 17 active technical agreements for manufacturing, quality control, and batch release with Marketing Authorization Holders (MAHs), distributors, and non-EU manufacturers, covering approximately 85 products, of which 80 have been developed by Slavia Pharm.<\/p>\n

                        Cooperation in the Distribution of Slavia Pharm Portfolio Products<\/strong><\/p>\n

                        Slavia Pharm has developed a series of partnerships in the field of product distribution, both for the domestic market and for other markets for the commercialization of products manufactured by Slavia Pharm under its own brand.<\/p>\n

                        For the Romanian market, products enter the distribution chain through the partner Poli Generika S.R.L., Romania, a GDP-certified distributor operating exclusively for Slavia Pharm<\/p>\n

                        For international markets, Slavia Pharm collaborates with leading GDP-certified distributors in each territory. These partners support the commercialization of Slavia Pharm products and may act as local Marketing Authorization Holders (MAHs) or partners in regulatory procedures such as national authorization procedures, mutual recognition procedures, or parallel imports.<\/p>\n
