For over 28 years, we have stood side by side with our business partners, collaborators from various fields of activity, as well as with all those who have used and appreciated the effectiveness of the products manufactured by Slavia Pharm.To achieve this, we have built and continue to develop a strong team of medical and technical specialists who professionally meet the requirements of the pharmaceutical industry.

We have always been open to new ideas and have welcomed both experienced professionals and young specialists at the beginning of their careers, offering them the opportunity to grow and develop within the spirit and organizational culture of our company.

At Slavia Pharm, we take pride in offering students and young graduates the opportunity to build a successful career in a field that provides numerous professional opportunities.

Over the years, Slavia Pharm has concluded cooperation agreements, based on the Education Law no. 1/2011, ARACIS quality assurance standards, and the Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance in the European Higher Education Area (ESG), with several academic institutions such as the Faculty of Pharmacy in Bucharest and the Faculty of Chemistry in Bucharest.These agreements support the organization of internship and training programs for students and master’s students, aimed at improving both theoretical and practical knowledge under the guidance of specialists within the company.

Many of these students have later become long-term members of the Slavia Pharm team.
