Strategic Directions for Cooperation

Over the past 28 years, Slavia Pharm has developed strategic partnerships in three key areas of cooperation:

• Research and development of medicines, dietary supplements and cosmetic products;
• Manufacturing, laboratory quality control, and batch release;
• Distribution of products manufactured on site.

Our cooperation partners come from Romania, other EU countries, and additional international markets, including regions within Climatic Zone IVb (Asia and North Africa).

Research and Product Development Cooperation

This type of partnership is supported by multidisciplinary teams of specialists from the company’s dedicated departments. These teams have developed formulations and technologies adapted to Slavia Pharm’s GMP-certified manufacturing lines, both for products in the company’s own portfolio and for products developed at the request of partners.

The research topics have resulted in scientific communications and projects, as well as in products authorized as medicinal products or notified as dietary supplements or cosmetic products (see the Products section).

Research Projects

• POC project new technologies and product for health ID P_40_406, SMIS105542, Acronym INOVPRODFARM - Subsidiary Contract D nr. 18/03.07.2019. Title: Topical products based on viper venom and plant active ingredients, carried out in 2021 in collaboration with the National Institute for Research Physico-Chemical Development (ICCF-INCDFC, Bucharest).

  • Presented at the first edition of the Homage Symposium (19.05.2025): „From drug research to patient therapy” - a special event dedicated to a personality who left a deep imprint in the Romanian medical-pharmaceutical community - Prof. Constantin MIRCIOIU, organized by the Faculty of Pharmacy - Titu Maiorescu University.
